The OCR Program at Rutgers takes place during the school year  between October and April. Employers visit the Career Center to conduct screening interviews for various positions which will start upon graduation or for internships. This program is open to all matriculated students on the Camden Campus, undergraduate and graduate as well as recent alumni. .  Interviews range in length from a half hour to an hour depending on the needs of the employer and take place in the Career Center, lower level of the Campus Center.  OCR provides an excellent opportunity to gain interview experience, obtain interview feedback (after 3 or more interviews) and of course the possibility of an employment offer. 

Employers who participate in OCR tend to hire significant numbers of new graduates and/or have a continued need for new entry level employees.  employers who participate in OCR reflect market demands, have college relations programs and recruit on a number of colleges/universities.

OCR is managed through the Career Center's RaptorNet (eRecruiting) system.  Candidates need to be registered with this system and have their resume uploaded for participation.  To create your account on RaptorNet: CLICK HERE.

Once you are in the system, search- "Jobs with with interviewing schedules" from the main page. Click on the job titles, read the decscription and if you are interested and qualified, submit your resume.  Candidates are notified by email and if selected, are diected to sign up on line for their time.  Frequently checking your status is highly recommended so you can have your choice of times.
