The largest full-time internship program in the nation's capital.  Had over 25,000 students from more than 1,000 colleges and universities participate in its programs. Places students in all major fields, with special programs in nonprofit organizations, international affairs and business, women in public policy, mass commuications and environmental studies.

Explorations through Travel
Individual, international volunteer placements are available through Explorations in Travel. We are located in Guilford, Vermont and are committed toassisting students and other adults locate volunteer positions in Costa Rica, Mexico, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Belize, New Zealand, Australia, Nepal and the Yukon. Placement sites include; schools, orphanages, agro-forestry projects,wildlife rehabs, sea turtle monitoring programs, animal rescues, rainforest
conservation projects and others. Interested students should be mature, enthusiastic and flexible. Some sites may
require a background in Spanish.
